Article VIII
QUORUM
Five members of the Board constitute a quorum of the Board. If a quorum is not present at any meeting of the Board, a majority of the members present may adjourn the meeting to another time with notice to all Board Members of that time.
At any duly called meeting of the members, those present shall constitute a quorum.
