VOTING RIGHTS
Each member elected tot he Board is entitled to one and only one vote regardless of membership classification on matters requiring a vote by the Board.
If two-thirds of the Board require that an issue be brought to the vote of the general meeting of the Chamber, each member including Board Members is entitled to voting rights as determined by Article V.
