Article XIII
DUTIES OF OFFICERS
The President presides at all meetings of the Chamber and the Board. He performs all duties incident to his office and advises such action as is deemed by him to increase the usefulness of the Chamber.
The Vice President acts in the absence of the President. He is to perform such additional duties as may be assigned to him by the President of the Board.
The Secretary performs such duties as incident to the office, as general usage would indicate, and such as are required by law, and such as may be assigned to him by the Board from time to time.
The Treasurer receives and disburses the funds of the Chamber. He is to keep all moneys of the Chamber deposited in its name. At frequent intervals, he is to make reports to the Board and the general members. He shall be required to give acceptable bond in such a sum as the Board may determine, for the faithful performance of his duties. The premium on the bond shall be paid by the Chamber.
