Article XV
BOOKS — RECORDS — BUDGET
The books and records of the Chamber and such papers as may be placed on file by vote of the Board of Directors, may be inspected by any member, or his agent or attorney, for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
The accounts of the Chamber shall be audited annually as of the close of business on December 31 by an Auditing committee appointed by the Board. The Audit Committee shall not consist of any Board Members.
At the December meeting of the Board, a budget shall be prepared to be presented for membership approval at the first Annual Meeting in January.
